Bio:
Costa Skouras a California resident with a background in the USL division 1 for the San Diego flash of the old A league. Costa has played in the professional ranks in 1985 in AISA. In 1986 with the Los Angeles Heat of the WSL. And in the NPSL as well. Costa Skouras has also worked with the California Youth Soccer Association(cysa) as scout coordinator under former United States National team coach Steve Sampson. Mr. Skouras has coached abroad in 2002-2003 with the Rapacha FC of the first division in Thailand.
