 Bio:
Prior to his joining the VCU Rams, Stephen was a member of  the United States’ U-18 and U-20 national teams..  Stephen also helped the University of Mobile win the 2002 NAIA national championship in 2002.  In 2003 he led the CAA with ten assists.
